Hol lehet design találni az oldalamra?(olyat keresnék,amelyhez jár html kód is)

Erről sokat nem tudok,de a KompoZer programmal lehet html-es kódos designt csinálni.Találni majdnem minden design oldalon lehet szerintem.
Példa

szeretnék egy anti selena gomez oldalt,ahol kifejthetem az utálatom...
segítség mondjuk ehhez kellene:
-milyen oldalon legyen,melyik a legjobb (mlap,gp,eoldal,stb...)
-design-ban nem vagyok jó hol lehetne találni design-t vagy tutorialt ami leírja hogy hogyan lehet csinálni

Nekem olyan valaki kéne, aki érte a PHP/HTML oldalakhoz plusz a Cutenews vagy a Wordpresshez. Nekem igazából mindegy csak segítséget szeretnék egy saját honlaphoz és rendes, értelmes leírást sehol nem találok.
