Glossary
The main purpose of a glossary is to explain terms and foreign words used in the work that are so specific that they may not be taken for granted write my paper even by the specialist reader. This can be useful in the context of a KSA paper, for example, if many terms in the text have been taken from the language (e.g. Gujarati, Pashtu, etc.) of a non-European research region and it cannot be assumed that the reader knows them (such as English or French).
In general, however, definitions of terms are already made in the text itself!
Graphic design & layout
In addition to the basics of scientific work and knowledge about the formal and content structure, it is also necessary for the writing of a scientific paper to know some standards of external form and graphic layout.
These are, in particular, means of visually structuring the text, highlighting key terms and passages, ways of presenting numerical material, and guidelines for layout design.
Tables and diagrams
Tables and diagrams are used to present quantitative data material in a more comprehensible and clear manner.
Charts have the advantage that you can present complex relationships and material in a relatively simple and memorable way.
Tables are better at summarizing the material in detail, accuracy, and complexity.
Both tables and diagrams are either inserted directly into the text or are in an appendix.
Important:
(a) If you copy tables or charts from another source, do not forget to cite the source.
b) A table or a diagram is part of the scientific text and must be integrated in a meaningful and logical way. If tables or diagrams are included in a text without term paper explanation, they are meaningless and cannot be interpreted correctly by the reader.
c) Especially diagrams need a legend (listing and explanation of abbreviations, characters, the display colors used, etc.) to ensure correct interpretation.
