Before initializing the Firmware update process, a user must check the hardware version or model number of the product from the back of the product. The hardware version will be utilized to download the correct firmware version for the Wavlink range extender. An incorrect firmware version will damage the product or may void the warranty of the router. While uploading the firmware in the ap.setup interface, do not turn off the device it may lead to the failure of the Firmware update process.
