Programs take place at the first ever PADI 5 Star IDC Career development Centre (CDC) to have been established in the Gili Islands and the Lombok region. All Instructor level training is entirely conducted by PADI Course Director Holly Macleod, who offers a wealth of Industry Experience spanning over 18 years, working within a variety of different global diving destinations including Honduras, Thailand, Australia, UK, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia & Singapore. Having issued well over 3000 scuba diving instructor certifications in the Gili Islands, Holly has received a number of Industry recognition awards including being awarded both the Platinum PADI Status and the Elite-300 Instructor Awards for the past 8 years consecutively.
Instructor training programs including the PADI Scuba diving Instructor Development Course (IDC) have been specifically designed to provide “Experience Based Real Life Scenarios” drawing upon Holly’s personal industry experience and thus providing candidates with a range of options when it comes to training new divers in variable conditions and circumstances. Effectively the program has been purposely designed to step beyond that required by the PADI IDC syllabus and provide new instructors with the skills, knowledge and confidence to be successful in this dynamic and exciting industry.
