Instructor training has been specifically designed to draw upon previous experience in a way that offers instructor candidates an “Experience Based Real Life” scenario based training environment preparing candidates to easily and quickly be able to deliver dive program to future students regardless of situational and environmental factors that may otherwise affect the quality of training provided.
