Malcolm McDowell

Edna és Charles Taylor gyermeke ként látta meg a napvilágot (két, nála fiatalabb testvére van, Gloria és Judy), nem sokkal születése után átköltöztek Bridlingtonba, a színészetet a  London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art-ban sajátította el.

Első felesége(1975.April. 21. - 1980. szept. 18.) Margot Bennett volt, még a vállás évében feleségül vette Mary Steenburgen-t  (1980. szept. 29. - 1990. okt. 1.), akitől két gyermeke született: Lilly Amanda (1981. jan. 21.) és Charles Malcolm (1983. jul. 10.) Harmadik feleségét, Kelley Kuhr 1991. november 12-én vette feleségül, akivel a mai napig házasok. Tőle három gyermeke született: Beckett Taylor (2004. jan. 29.), Finnian Anderson (2006. dec. 23.) és Seamus Hudson (2009. jan. 7.).
