Molly Parker

Molly Parker 1972. június 14-én született a Kanadában. Egy öccse van. 3 éves korától balettozott, amit egy sérülés miatt 16 éves korában abba kellett hagynia. Ekkor kezdett érdeklődni a színészet iránt. Nagybátyja révén - aki szintén színész volt  - kisebb szerepeket kapot  televíziós sorozatokban, miközben a Vancouver Gastown Actors 'Studio-ban diplomázott le.

A szakma figyelmét 1995-be keltette fel, amikor a Paris or Somewhere tv sorozatban egy katonatiszt leszbikus lányát alakította. A szerep megformáláséért Gemini díjra (kanadai Emmy díj) is jelölték. 1998-ban kapta meg a legjobb női főszereplő díjat a Kissed című filmben nyújott alakításáért.

Férje Matt Bissonnette rendező, író, producer. Első közös gyermekük William Strummer Bissonnette 2006. október 13-án született meg Los Angelesben.
