Randy Blythe

Randy Blythe 1971. február 21-én született Richmondban. 

Az amerikai heavy metal együttes, a Lamb of God frontembere. Tinédzser korában olyan együttesekre nézett fel, mint a  Sex Pistols, Misfits, Bad Brains, Anthrax, Motörhead, Slayer, és a Pantera. 

Karrier:

1990-ben alapitotta meg a Lamb of God nevű hevy metal bandát Mark Morton, Willie Adler , John Campbell és Chris Adler . Majd 1995-ben csatlakozott hozzájuk Randy.
Megalakulásuk óta 8 studió albumot , egy élő felvételből készült albumot, egy válogatás albumot és 3 DVD-t adtak ki. 
2007-ben Grammy-díjra jelölték a 2006-os Sacrament albumukat. 
Olyan nagy fesztiválokon lépett fel az együttesel, mint a Download Fesztivál,  Sonisphere Fesztivál ,Soundwave Fesztivál, és a Gigantour-on. 
2008 és 2010 között a Metallicaval turnéztak együtt, és többek között részt vettek még a Mayhem fesztiválon 2010-ben. De fel lépett a Suicide Silence (2014), Pitch Black Forecast (2014) és a Teenage Time Killers (2015)  zenekrokkal is.

Színészet: 
2009-ben szerepelt a The Graves amerikai horror filmben, melyben Luke-ot alakítja. A filmet Brian Pulido rendezte . A filmebn olyan hirességekkel szerepelt együtt, mint Clare Grant, Jillian Murray, Bill Moseley, Tony Todd, Amanda Wyss.

Érdekesség:
Az együttes eredeti neve Burn the Priest (Égő Pap) volt, de ezt sajnos meg kellett változtatniuk, mert sok helyről kitiltották őket és sátánistáknak nevezték. Majd így változtatták a nevüket Lamb of God-ra ( Isten bárányai) .
