I am a transplant nurse. Job duties include physically assessing patients, helping patients make long-term treatment plans, evaluating diagnostic test results, involving patients and their carers in their transplants. And may be assigned to provide information on treatments, such as admissions / surgical procedures, medications, and how to look for signs of infection. A few days ago I participated in a talk about hex removal which was really effective. I am also given the task of notifying the doctor treating the complications or issues.
