Dina Meyer

Dina Meyer 1968. december 22-én született Queens-ben, New Yorkban, de még fiatalon elköltöztek Long Islandre a családjával. Két testvére van, öccse Evan és a bátyja Gregory. A középiskola utolsó évét már Dix Hills-ben, Long Islanden végezte el.

A szereplési vágya már fiatalon is jelentkezett. Kilenc éves korától aktívan modellkedett, de szülei nem akarták hogy akár a színészet, akár a modellkedés felé vegye az irányt a lányuk. Dina elõször természetesen hallgatott is rájuk, és lediplomázott közgazdász szakon. A Neighborhood Playhouse-ban kezdte színészi tanulmányait. 3 évig tanult Ron Stetsonnal, aki sok híres színészt képzett már (Sandra Bullock, Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum).

1993 - 1994 között megkapta elsõ szerepét a Beverly Hills 90210 címû nagysikerû TV sorozatban. Lucinda Nicholson szerepét osztották rá, igaz csak 12 epizód erejéig, de nagy hatással volt a nézõkre. A forgatások idejére Los Angelesbe költözött. Emlékezetes szerepei között tartják számon a Sárkányszív címû filmet, amelyet 1996-ban forgattak. Ekkor Dina Európában töltött 6 hónapot. A Csillagközi Invázió címû filmben megmutathatta mozgékonyságát, és kreativítását Casper Van Dien és Denise Richards mellett.

Kisebb epizódszerepek jöttek egymás után a Jóbarátokban, CSI és CSI:Miami, Nip/Tuck és az Ally McBeal sorozatokban. A Point Pleasant sorozatban õ játszotta Amber Hargrove-ot. Ez volt az elsõ olyan sorozat, amelyben a fõszereplõk között tarthattuk számon Dinát. Szerepelt többek között olyan film alkotásokban, mint a Fûrész, Fûrész II, illetve Fûrész IV, a Vad Vágyak 3. részében, illetve a Star Trek: Nemesisben.
