Michael Dorn

Életrajz, karrier 

Michael Dorn amerikai színész és sziknkornszínész. 1952. december 2-án látta meg a napvilágot Texasban. Szülei Allie Lee és Fentress Dorn. Michael Kaliforniában, Pasadénában nőtt fel. A pasadénai főiskolában tanult televíziózást és a rádiózást.

Sokaknak a Star Trek-ből ismerős, ugyanis sok-sok epizódon át alakította Worf kommandóst. Első szerepét már 1976-ban megkapta, a Rocky c. filmben; később láthattuk 1979-től 1982-ig a CHiPs sorozatban. Egy éven át (86-tól 87-ig) szerepelt a Days of Our Lives c. sorozatban,  míg végül 1987-ben megkapta Worf szerepét a Star Trek: The Next Generarion c. sorozatban. Szerepelt 1994-ben a Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered County filmjében is, 1994-ben pedig szintén egy Star Trek filmben láthattuk. 2011-ben az ismert krimisorozatban, a Castle-ben tűnt fel. Számos más ismert sorozatban is alakított, például az 1995-ös Fantastic Four-ban, az 1997-es I Am Weasel-ben, a 2003-as Justice League-ben... Filmszerepei közül ismert a Shadow Hours, a Mission Critical, a Mach 2, a Shade, a The Santa Clause 3, a Strange Frame, valamint a 2015-ös Ted 2. 

Michael szinkronszínészként is ismert. Számos rajzfilmben kölcsönözte már a hangját az egyes szereplőknek, ezek közül kiemelendő a Family Guy, a Bionicle, a Kim Possible, a Spider-Man vagy az Adventure Time.
